After receiving the information, you can either refuse or agree to a paid repair.

The cost of the diagnosis is paid upon receipt of the device. In case of refusal from paid repair, it is not returned.

For paid repair, the devices should be handed over: without SIM cards, memory cards, covers, cords, and additional accessories.

If it fails to be in intactness in the supplied accessories, you must provide the devices for which they are used.

For example: the charger is defective - you must provide a battery and a charger.
