Our service accept the whole devices for guarantied repair which get from Svetofor marketplace of any brands and after guaranteed repair of Microsoft (Nokia), Samsung, Apple, HTC, LG , Lenovo and others products but not accessories.
The diagnose
The diagnose of any device takes 3-5 business days. In difficult cases (for example, spontaneous shutdown, reboot, periodic loss of the network, etc.), the service center reserves the right to extend the diagnostic period by more than 3 days.

Repairs

The repair period of any device ranges from 1 (one) to 5 (five) days if the Service Center has spare parts, in the absence of the necessary spare parts, the repair period can be up to 40 working days in accordance with the law on the protection of consumer rights in the Kyrgyz Republic.

1. Service Center «GOOD SERVICE» is not responsible for the efficiency of the device in the following cases:
  • In presents of equipment and accessories that are not specified in the application upon delivery of the phone for repair;
  • Loss of data in the individual (built-in) phone memory, due to actions related to unprofessional reprogramming, replacing memory blocks, installing additional software;
  • Damage to the memory card if installed incorrectly in the reader

Service Center «GOOD SERVICE» reserves the right to refuse a customer in warranty repair of a cell phone in the following cases:
  • If the conditions specified in the warranty card are violated by the owner;
  • If mechanical damage is detected;
  • If traces of liquid or moisture are present.

3. Service Center «GOOD SERVICE» reserves the right to refuse warranty repair to the client and offer paid repair services to the phone's owner if during the diagnostics process of a mobile phone a malfunction is detected that results from:

  • Careless handling of a cell phone, non-compliance with the operating conditions, changes in the design of the device, which was not provided for in the technical documentation;
  • The presence of foreign parts and objects not provided by the developer of a cell phone;
  • The presence of various damage caused by the ingress of liquids to the surface or into the body of the apparatus, as well as insects or their metabolic products;
  • Natural disasters and natural cataclysms, as well as previously implemented poor-quality repairs carried out by unqualified professionals.

4. Service Center «GOOD SERVICE» has the right to refuse the customer in warranty repair, if the parts and details of the phone are out of order due to their increased wear.

5. In the case of paid repairs, the service center provides a guarantee for this type of repair, the warranty period is 1 week. If during the diagnostics violations of the mobile phone operation rules were detected (mechanical damage to the device, liquid ingress into the phone case or other obvious violations when using the devices), the service center is not responsible for the further operation of the mobile phone if the customer refuses the proposed repair to him . The warranty service of the «GOOD SERVICE» center is provided only after paid repairs have been made for the work done and the parts replaced.

6. Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) The products described in the documentation attached to it can be performed by the User himself or by the SC specialists on a paid basis.

7. Maintenance work on the Products (cleaning and lubricating the drives for reading information from various types of media, cleaning and lubricating moving parts, replacing consumables and accessories, etc.) are performed on a paid basis.

8. The manufacturer is not responsible if the product's deficiency manifests itself in the case of unsatisfactory performance of communication networks, television or radio broadcasting, due to insufficient network capacity or capacity, radio signal strength, operation of the Product at the border or outside the zone of stable reception of a radio communication network signal. - or broadcasting etc. due to the peculiarities of the landscape of the area and its construction.

Equipment issue conditions:

1. Issuance of repaired equipment is carried out only to the person indicated in the receipt of the service center upon delivery of the equipment for repair, in the presence of a passport or any other identity document (military ID, official ID, driver's license, etc.), or a handwritten power of attorney with the attached copy of the passport.

2. The absence of the specified documents or written power of attorney is the basis for the official refusal to issue the repaired equipment until the provision of the relevant documents.

3. The shelf life of a Product ready for issuance in the SC is one month. If a Customer does not appear for the Product within one month after the notification, the SC reserves the right to collect cash from the Customer for storing the Product in the amount of 10 soms for each day of delay. Upon the expiration of half a year of storage, the SC has the right to repay the Client's debt for storing the Product at the expense of its value. After one year of storage claims for returning product or compensation will be not accepted.
