Warranty conditions:

The service center "GOOD SERVICE" guarantees that there are no obvious defects in the delivered products, incompetent source materials and materials have appeared, violations of the process of manufacturing, assembling and packaging of products and their components have been committed. The company undertakes to eliminate the identified deficiencies in the manner prescribed by the guaranteed obligations or a replacement for a similar model in the following 3 days after buying the product.

Warranty obligations give the right to free warranty repairs in the warranty card. For the repair or replacement of the goods, a period of 3-5 business days is accepted for diagnosis. According to the law on consumer protection KR the warranty will be made in a 40 days. In some cases, repairs may be extended and it will be discussed with the owner beforehand.

Warranty service is carried out at the place of purchase of goods.

The product cannot be guaranteed and cannot be repaire in the following cases:

1. If the goods were damaged during transportation after receiving the goods, or the rules of operation were violated. If there are characteristic manifestations of violations of the rules of operation and there are accidents during transportation or storage.

2. If the product has a consequence of outside interference or there was an attempt of unauthorized repair (repair by an uncertified service center) as well as changing software.

3. If warranty stickers (branded stickers with a serial number) were violated, outside or inside the case, the same can be said about original products (printed inscriptions or stickers made by painting, etc.).

4. If some changes or corrections were made in the warranty card; Sellers or a specialist of the warranty service department did not end in signature.

5. Warranty Card or Warranty Terms have been lost.

6. The buyer refused to sign these Warranty Terms. If repair is not possible, replace the product with a similar one. Replacement can only be made if the complete product package is saved, including packaging and documentation (operating instructions, booklets, etc.). Packaging must have a presentation.

The warranty does not cover: batteries, headphones, power supplies, memory cards, connecting cables, buzzer, speakers, microphone, displays, cable, and other auxiliary devices and parts of the device that demonstrate normal wear and tear.

Warranties and other obligations do not apply to faults:

1. Physical (mechanical) damage (cracks, chips, deep scratches, etc.).

2. Objects, liquids, insects, substances and the results of their vital activity.

3. Damage caused by the use of non-standard or not tested for compatibility of equipment operating or connected in conjunction with the data.

4. Damage caused by the elements, fire, household factors.

5. Damage caused by non-compliance of the state standards of the parameters of power supply and cable networks and other external factors (climatic and other).

6. Damage caused by the use of non-standard spare parts and consumables, cleaning materials, damage caused by non-compliance with the deadlines and the period of maintenance and preventive maintenance, if necessary for this product (maintenance of the printer, copier, periodic cleaning of disk drives, etc.).

Warranty and other obligations do not apply to pre-installed software, as well as software installed by the buyer during the operation period. If the detected malfunction is verified, then a correction is required, or the malfunction is not identified, and the correction of malfunctions is required.

The Seller is not responsible for damage or damage to other devices that work in conjunction with the warranty and are damaged due to its malfunction, if these devices are not covered by the Seller's warranty.

The Seller is not responsible for the safety of any information stored by the Buyer during the operation of the device and lost in case of failure of his work.
These warranty terms, in cases not inconsistent with the rights of the consumer, are final and take precedence over any other terms expressed, either verbally or in writing, either express or implied, including guarantees of satisfactory quality and suitability for a particular application. If the consumer rights provide additional warranty obligations, they are valid for 12 months, except for cases when such a time limit is not provided for by law.

How to make a warranty repair:
For warranty repairs, the owner of the product can contact the service center "GOOD SERVICE", presenting the warranty card (also cash and sales receipt). If the date of purchase cannot be established or confirmed, the owner pays for any repairs to the equipment in the service center.
If under the law, consumer rights provide for exceptions or additions in comparison with the specified warranty conditions, which was already mentioned before rights take precedence and give the owner of the product additional rights and opportunities.

ATTENTION! To obtain warranty service, you need to keep the product packaging during the warranty period.

Return Policy


Return of the product and its components can be carried out:

- Within fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase.

- In the presence of documents confirming the fact and date of purchase (warranty card, sales receipt or cash receipt).

- Provided that the product and its components are intact, have not been used, its product types, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, coupons, passports and original packaging are preserved.

Refunds as a result of purchasing a product of inadequate quality are made based on the current price on the day of return, but not higher than the price specified in the warranty card.
